    Every booking includes our complimentary Soleil Bar Planning Service, a personalized planning experience designed to take the guesswork out of hosting. Based on your guest count and beverage selections, we’ll create a customized shopping guide with everything needed for your event. Prefer to leave the shopping to us? We’re happy to procure your bar ingredients and refreshments for you, so all you have to do is enjoy the celebration.

Born from the sun-drenched shores of Anna Maria Island and fueled by over 15 years of mixology expertise in the heart of the Sarasota area, our mission is to elevate the art of the pour into a luxury sensory experience.

We aren't just serving drinks; we are curating moments. As a female-founded business, mother of three, and Sarasota local, our mission is built on resilience, hard work, and a passion for creating unforgettable experiences.

From intimate soirees to grand galas, we combine artisanal ingredients with flawless service to ensure your guests don't just have a cocktail - they have a memory.

Hi, I’m Lindsey.

I’m the founder of Soleil & Citrus Bar Co., a luxury mobile bartending company inspired by Florida’s Gulf Coast.

Born and raised in Bradenton, FL (AMI), hospitality has always been second nature to me. With over 15 years of experience in customer service and event hospitality, I’ve developed a passion for creating beautiful experiences where every guest feels welcomed, celebrated, and cared for.

As a mother of three, I understand the importance of life’s biggest moments—from intimate family celebrations to elegant corporate gatherings. Every event represents someone’s milestone, achievement, or dream, and I believe it deserves exceptional attention to detail.

Soleil & Citrus was created to bring the elegance of a luxury cocktail lounge directly to your event. From handcrafted signature cocktails and welcoming champagne service to thoughtfully curated bar experiences and personalized alcohol procurement, every detail is designed to make hosting effortless and unforgettable.

Inspired by Sarasota sunsets and the relaxed sophistication of coastal living, my goal is simple:
